Your Job
This awaits you on your journey with us:
- Adhering to the specified instructions/tasks given by the superior
- Responsibility for the preparation of dishes at the assigned station in the hot galley
- In charge of the organisation of goods/provisions
- Supervising and improving the own station when necessary, and controlling other areas of the galley
- Continual maintenance and improvement of quality standards
- Controlling and maintaining the cleanliness and safety precautions together with hygiene standards in compliance with HACCP regulations
- In charge of careful handling of all equipment and machinery in the area

- Diploma as a Cook
- Work experience as cook, as well as hotel or onboard cruise ship experience
- Trustworthy and able to work on his own initiative
- Cost and quality awareness
- Flexibility, reliability and ability to work under stress
- Working in a professional manner, well-groomed and clean appearance and able to motivate the team
- Knowledge of English language
